Interventional cardiology is the branch of cardiology that handles with the specific Cather based techniques to various structural heart diseases, non-surgical procedures for treating cardiovascular diseases. Often, to avoid the need for surgery a thin, flexible tube called catheter is used to repair damaged vessels or other heart structures diseases. In addition, for an acute myocardial infarction the procedure involved in interventional cardiology for acts as a best standard of care. It involves in elimination of clots from coronary arteries and implementation of stents and balloons through a small hole made in a major artery. Coronary intervention will remain the dominant procedure for the Interventional cardiologist, which leads to the development of new procedures in coming decade in proportional to the population growth. It is expected that interventional cardiology craves a new attention in the growth of valvular heart disease intervention.

In the last few decade, there has been a intense increase in chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, and obesity not only in industrialized nations but also in developing nations with emerging economies which effects the people. Cardiometabolic syndrome is associated to a state of metabolic dysfunctions mainly considered by hypertension, weakened glucose tolerance, insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, intake excess amount of Sugar and central adiposity. Cardiometabolic syndrome(CMS) is closely linked to overweight or obesity and inactivity, CMS is now accepted as a illness  by the World Health Organization(WHO) and the American Environment of Endocrinology as well as all over the world. People with CMS are two times more likely to die from fatal coronary heart disease and three times more likely to have a heart attack or stroke than those who do not have the disease. Intake of Excess amount of Sugar is  the major causes of cardiometabolic problems. It is now known that central adiposity is a major donor to increased CMS risk. There are many challenges to bringing CMS risk factors under control. However, There are many  programs and different levels of strategies are present to  combine diet and exercise treatments and focus on behavioral change to maximize success to reduce the CMS risk factors. These platforms have specific references for calorie intake, nutrition, and ongoing cognitive and psychological calculations of habits and unhealthy behaviors.

Hypertension is the only most important risk factor for stroke. Almost the 50 per cent of ischemic strokes and hemorrhagic stroke or brain stroke are caused. The damage that happens through hypertension  is often only diagnosed when there is an considerable damage to the body’s blood vessels.

Elevated systolic pressure in those over the age of 60 years and elevated diastolic pressure of younger individuals leads to increase in cardiovascular risk.

Heart Disease is a major cause of premature death and disability throughout the world. Atherosclerosis is underlying pathology of heart disease in the middle age which is usually advanced during the time symptoms developing from many years. The Sudden occurring heart diseases like Acute coronary events (heart attacks) and cerebrovascular events (strokes) are often fatal before medical care can be given.

Heart syndromes are the disorders that affect the heart. Diseases under the heart disease include such as coronary artery disease, heart rhythm problems (arrhythmias), and heart defects i.e. congenital heart defects, Rheumatic heart disease, blood vessel disease. Heart Conferences against the high risk factor modifications creates awareness among the people with cardiovascular disease as well as in those who are at high cardiovascular risk due to one or more risk factors.

Heart disease is the main killer of women, which counts upto 1 women per minute by causing 1 in 3 deaths each year.Women have several misconceptions about heart disease in which may lead to put you at risk. Moreover, the other heart diseases, such as coronary micro vascular disease (MVD) and broken heart syndrome, also pose a risk for women.

Symptoms such as dizziness, palpitations and syncope are frequent complaints encountered by family physicians, internists, and cardiologists. In contrast to these ubiquitous complaints which are generally benign, sudden cardiac death remains an important public health concern.

Echocardiography is referred to as cardiac echo produced by the ultrasound waves which in turn create the images of the heart. This is a type of ultrasound test that uses high-pitched sound waves that are sent through a device called a transducer. The device receives the echoes of the sound waves as they bound with the different parts of your heart. These echoes tend to generate moving pictures of your heart that can be seen on a video screen. It helps to detect cardiomyopathies, such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, and many others.

Ischemia is a condition in which the blood flow is reduced in a part of the body. The term used for the heart problems caused by narrowed heart arteries and  for decreased blood flow, oxygen to the heart muscle known as Cardiac Ischemia,  such  that the less blood and oxygen reaches the heart muscle.\r\n This is also called coronary artery disease and coronary heart disease which ultimately lead to heart attack. In the other conditions, Ischemia often causes chest pain or discomfort known as angina pectoris.

Vascular biology is the study that includes vascular function, structure, growth and development. This field includes different research, including studies of molecules, cells, organs and intact organisms.

The main aim of vascular biology theory is to improve blood flow and perfusion of organs via the development of novel treatment approaches and tissue engineering of synthetic blood vessels and organs, identification of new therapeutic targets.
